Our Story

MillNoBackground2WhiteSm

Our pizza crust is famous for being crisp yet chewy, light and full of flavor. We achieve that consistent flavor by making our dough fresh, every day.
As in centuries past, early each morning the process of making dough begins. Using only superior ingredients, this tried and true method continues. We mix our own sauce using vine-ripened tomatoes and a secret blend of herbs & spices. Our cheese is 100% whole milk mozzarella, shredded in-house to ensure freshness and moisture content. Custom-tailor your own pie, or choose from a list of outrageously creative and delicious Specialty Pies on the menu. The same holds true for our Calzones; you’re only limited by your imagination and your taste buds. Fresh produce is the only way to go, and our salads are full of fresh veggies at an unbelievable value. Creative appetizers complement our selection of 20 micro-brews on tap, including a seasonal selection from the Long Trail Brewing Company. We carry a Full Bar and a simple but selective wine list.

Ramunto’s Brick & Brew is located in the historic Bridgewater Mill. The Bridgewater Mill Mall stands at the center of town and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Built in 1825, this woolen textile mill once processed fine wool from the 9,000-plus sheep that dotted the landscape. During World War I and World War II, uniforms and blankets for soldiers were made here.

The Mill has since been converted into a wonderful space for Vermont artists and crafters, including Charles Shackleton Furniture,  Miranda Thomas Pottery, David Crandall Jewelry  and the Fiona Blunden Gilding Studio. It’s also home to the Bridgewater Post Office, Donna’s Hair Studio, Heritage Weaving Studio,  Bridgewater Mill Sewing Room, and an amazing third floor Thrift Shop.
